What people ask us most before ordering.
Why are some prices not shown?
Our pieces are handmade and often adapted to your dimensions, so the price depends on the model, the finishes and the size. Those pieces are marked “Price on request”. Send us the reference by WhatsApp or through the form and we reply with a firm price.
How long does it take to receive a piece?
A piece in stock ships within a few days. A made-to-order piece takes longer: the lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed with you before we start.
Can dimensions or colours be adapted?
Yes. Width, height, depth, tones and finishes can all be adapted to your wall. Send us your measurements and the feel of the room, and we come back with a proposal.
How does payment work?
You pay on delivery, in dirhams. Nothing is paid online when you order. For a bespoke piece, a deposit may be agreed before production starts.
Do you deliver everywhere in Morocco?
Yes, across the country, and delivery is free whatever the city. Packaging is reinforced for transport; only the timing is confirmed when you order, depending on the city and the size of the piece.
Can we see the pieces before buying?
We can send extra photos and videos of the piece you are interested in, from the angle and in the light you want. To visit the workshop, contact us and we will arrange a time.
What if the piece does not suit my interior?
Send us a photo of your wall and your measurements before ordering. We will tell you honestly whether the piece works in your space, and suggest an alternative if it does not.
